Cancelation ,  postponement and transfers

This page realates to In-person workshops that  we organize and craft vouchers that you have purchased from Willow and Crafts.

Postponements

We reserve the right to change the date of the workshop due to unexpected circumstances that are out of our  control, for example, if the venue becomes unavailable I become ill or something series happens e,g a bereavement , or the minimum number of attendees needed to cover costs is not met.

In such circumstances,  we may reschedule another date , you then either change to the new date or course receive a refund  or transfer to another workshop, 

 Please note

• Gift vouchers can not be refunded but will still be valid to use towards a  different workshop or towards purchasing an item/s. 
• If you wish to use it to pay for something more expensive the additional cost will need to be paid.
• We cannot refund other out-of-pocket costs incurred relating to a  postponement or cancellation.If you are travelling to the area, booking  a venue  etc to attend the activity  it is advisable that you include the option of cancelation/ rescheduel  cover.

Cancelling or transfering your place at a workshop with more than two weeks notice

• To be eligable for a refund or transfer to another course you must contact me a minimum of two full weeks notice before the workshop is due to start . If you request a refund and have paid in the normal way  I will deduct the administration costs from the total and then refund you the remainder,  if you prefer you can request a credit note for another workshop  instead , ( please note that any transfers are only valid once and must be within the next six months)
• Workshop that have been paid with a gift card are non refundable however if  if you contact me within the minimum  two weeks notice time frame  you can transfer to another workshop.Please note that transfer dates must be within the 1 year allowed to use the gift card   if the new course cost more you will need to pay the difference. 

 

Cancelation  less than two weeks no refund will be offered.

Please note I do not allowing reselling of my workshop spaces  If you have seen anyone advertising tickets for sale this is a fraud and you will have wasted your money  if you decide to purchase from them.

Workshops booked via another organization

If you wish to cancel a workshop that has been purchased via another organization’s website etc, then your agreement is with them and so their terms and conditions apply please note that the two weeks notice still applies. 

Private workshops

A workshop date may be rescheduled with 2 weeks notice , with less than two week notice if I have booked a venue and started to prepare the materials, a charge will be made for out-of-pocket expenses etc.which may include hall hore cost if these need to be paid. 

Venues – Venues may be subject to change due to circumstances out of our control.
