Booking details

Hopefully the following information will answer some of your questions if not please contact me

What happens when I book a place on a workshop

Before you book a place on the workshop I would advise that you also read the what to expect page.

Once the workshop place has been confirmed, I will contact you again you with further details one week before the workshop is due to take place, or if anything changes, for example, we need to change the venue etc.  Please feel free to contact me

  • Paying for the workshop, you have the option to pay via my website shop , bank transfer, gift voucher, or the good old-fashioned cheque please contact me for any other method other than paying via the shop.

  • We offer full refunds for courses up until 21 days prior to the course date. If you want to cancel after the 21 days after the cut of date , we will try and fill your spot . If we successfully fill your post in time, we will refund you . Please note that the payment gateway fee will be deducted from the total ( 2- 3 % depending on the service)

  • If you have booked your workshops via a voucher and need to change the date up until 21 days notice of the course date you can either swap to another workshop or use the voucher towards a item refunds are not provided. You have up to use this within 6 months of the date of the original class.

Workshop postponements and cancelations

If the workshop needs to be postponed or cancelled due to unexpected circumstances that are out of our  control or minimum numbers are not met to run the course we may either cancel or offer the option of a new date you then either change to the new date, transfer to another workshop or receive a refund ,

 Please note

If you are travelling to the area, booking  a venue  etc to attend the activity  it is advisable that you purchase cancelation/ reschedule  insurance cover for your travel or venue that allows last minute cancelations.

What happens if the workshop is full?

Also, if there is enough interest, I will arrange a second date. Sometimes the same workshop is being offered at another venue.  If you wish to stay informed it is a good idea to sign up to my mailing list to receive my occasional newsletters etc

I also offer the option of private bookings and bespoke workshops. For details, click here
